Notice of elections for representatives to the Department Council and Faculty Council for the three-year period 2024-2026

The decree calling for elections to appoint representatives of researchers, students and technical and administrative staff to the Executive Committee of the Department of clinical and molecular Medicine for the three-year period 2024–2026, as well as elections for the Department’s academic representatives on the Faculty Executive Committee, has been published.

ELECTIONS TO APPOINT REPRESENTATIVES TO THE DEPARTMENTAL EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE18 December 2025, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm

Voting method: online via the platform REDcap

Positions to be filled:

  • 2 representatives of researchers (TD, TI and equivalent)
  • 2 representatives of the technical and administrative staff
  • 2 student representatives

Each voter may cast up to two votes within their own category.

[19 December 2025] Following the publication of the appointment notice, we hereby announce the results of the elections to appoint representatives to the Executive Committee of the Department of clinical and molecular Medicine.

The elected candidates are:

  • Claudia DE VITIS for Researchers
  • Maria Elena ALOINI e Sara CECCHINI for students

ELECTIONS FOR THE TEACHING STAFF REPRESENTATIVE ON THE FACULTY BOARD OF THE FACULTY OF MEDICINE AND PSYCHOLOGY22 
December 2025 from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm

Voting method: online via the platform REDcap

Positions to be filled:

  • 1 representative of Full Professors
  • 2 representatives of Associate Professors
  • 2 representatives of Research Fellows

Each voter may choose:

  • 1 preference for Full Professors
  • 2 preferences for Associate Professors and Research Fellows
ELECTORAL COMMISSION

The Commission, responsible for overseeing the voting process for the election of representatives of students, researchers, technical and administrative staff, and the academic staff, is composed of:

  • Prof. Giorgio Sesti
  • Dr Claudia De Vitis
  • Dr Enrico Mattei

The candidates who receive the most votes will be elected.
