Following the success of the first edition, held on October 4, 2025, “RAYS OF CORTISOL” returns — an initiative promoted by the Department of Clinical and Molecular Medicine in collaboration with the Italian Cushing Patients Association (AIPACUS), dedicated to raising awareness about disorders caused by excess cortisol, with particular focus on Cushing syndrome.
The event is part of an information and outreach program aimed at increasing awareness of a condition that is often underdiagnosed and characterized by high clinical complexity, while promoting dialogue among the scientific community, patients, and caregivers.
The initiative is intended for healthcare professionals, caregivers, and the general public, and represents an important opportunity for updates and shared experiences, also through the direct contribution of patients and patient associations.
