By decree of the Head of Department dated 25 September 2025, an Electoral Commission was appointed to organise and supervise the elections of representatives of doctoral students and thesis students to the Department Council and Faculty Board for the two-year period 2025-2027.
Subsequently, by decree dated 23 October 2025, the Director called elections to be held on Monday, 10 November 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The decree establishing the election sets out the voting procedures, the requirements for active and passive electorate, and the procedures for submitting candidacies, which must be received within five days of the decree's publication.

The Electoral Commission is composed of:

- Active and passive electorate
The ACTIVE and PASSIVE electorate consists of thesis students enrolled in degree programmes and doctoral students in the Department of Clinical and Molecular Medicine.

Nominations are open to all members of the electorate.
Applications may be submitted within five days of the date of publication of the election decree (23/10/2025) using the Google form sent by email to the entire electorate.[6/11/2025] Please be advised that, following the closing date for the submission of applications, the following list of candidates has been defined:

- Voting procedures
Voting will take place electronically on the REDcap platform by secret ballot.
Each eligible voter may express up to 4 preferences.
Those who receive the highest number of votes up to the number of representatives to be elected will be elected. In the event of a parity of votes, the youngest candidate will be elected.
